Heal Alzheimers


Alzheimers disease (AD) is a progressive, neurodegenerative disease characterized by memory loss, language deterioration, impaired visuospatial skills, poor judgment, and indifferent attitude but preserved motor function. AD usually begins after age 65, however, its onset may occur as early as age 40, appearing first as memory decline and over several years, destroying cognition, personality, and ability to function. Confusion and restlessness may also occur. The type, severity, sequence, and progression of mental changes vary widely. The early symptoms of AD, which include forgetfulness and loss of concentration, can easily be missed because they resemble natural signs of aging. Similar symptoms can also result from fatigue, grief, depression, illness, vision or hearing loss, the use of alcohol or certain medications, or simply the burden of too many details to remember at once.

Unbeknown to your medical doctor, the cause of this disease and the reversal thereof is well proven by sound scientific medical research. A major cause is a deficiency of essential nutrients for the brain that is lacking in the American diet. This in conjunction with severe brain dehydration and accumulative heavy metals from amalgams (fillings in your teeth), heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and fluoride in water, and pesticides on produce which lodge at the blood brain barrier and which are the main causes of Alzheimer's and ADD. Heal Arthritis


Arthritis is a joint disorder resulting from inflammation. A joint is an area of the body where two different bones meet. A joint functions to move the body parts connected by its bones. Arthritis literally means inflammation of one or more joints.

Arthritis is frequently accompanied by joint pain. Joint pain is referred to as arthralgia.

There are over one hundred forms of arthritis. The forms range from those related to wear and tear of cartilage, such as osteoarthritis, to those associated with inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis. Together, the many forms of arthritis make up the most common chronic illness in the United States.

They are similar in that they have a tendency to affect the joints, muscles, ligaments, cartilage, tendons, and many have the potential to affect internal body areas.

Another cause of asthma is not enough water enters into the blood cell due to a shortage of salt in the body, but it must be iodized SEA SALT.

Salt governs the amount of water outside the cell. Whereas histamine regulates the water into the cell, and when the balance is incorrect, histamine reaction results in prostaglandin release. This constricts the bronchials in the lungs and bingo, you can't breath properly. Hence asthma.



Heal Cancer


A daily routine is required to heal cancer. It took years of wrong substances to get into a sickly state and it will take some time to get back into good health. Do not lose hope. Trust me, everything must improve in time. It must, if you give up all the bad things mentioned in "Awareness" Vol. One and you substitute with all the good. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see the simplicity and common sense.

1) Essential dietary supplements must be taken on a daily basis "Such as:- Daily anti-oxidants, ionoic minerals, chlorophyl&enzymes, structured water, MSM and a daily routine of proper nutrients in the diet."

2) Immediately start showering in filtered water and drink only reverse osmosis water with the minerals replaced by adding the Coral Minerals.

3) All toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioners, removers, toothpaste, skin and body creams, and shaving creams must be from organic sources with no preservatives or petrochemicals, colorings, or artificial fragrances.

4) Absolutely no refined sugars, flours, milk, and preferably no meat or chicken, and less cooked foods during cleansing.

5) Do not sit around electromagnetic fields for too long; disconnect electric appliances in the bedroom when going to sleep. No hair dryers.

6) Clothes, pillowslips and sheets should not be washed in commercial detergents. Use purer biodegradable natural cleansers on natural cotton, hemp, linen, and silk clothing, especially underwear.

7) Mattresses should be steamed-cleaned regularly without chemicals or you could ozonate your bed weekly, as millions of microorganisms proliferate in the mattress and in your carpets. Do not use chemical cleaners and detergents. (Add vinegar, lemon, or Agrisept.)



Heal Chronic Fatigue


Don't let anyone tell you that there is one cause of CFS (chronic fatigue Syndrome). It would most certainly be an insult if you just stop and think of the following factors that any medical practitioner should know about.

1. Environmental toxins in your work place and your home such as detergents, cleaning materials, polishes, carpet cleaners, garden pesticides and all the toxic personal products you use on your body and hair. There are alternatives to all the above toxic materials -- see recommended links.

2. Dead foods bought in packages, pizzas, breads, sugars/sweeteners, coffees, sodas, alcohol, fast foods and too many cooked foods cause rancidity, acidity and toxins to the body and organs which then become overtaxed causing tiredness. There is purely a shortage of all the nutrients that the body needs on a daily basis as recommended in "Awareness" Vol. One.

3. Major work place and home electromagnetic fields that upset your natural biorhythms and are slowly destructive to you and your immune system.

4. If you are overweight it means you are carrying old food in your colon and sometimes further up the digestive system and these old impacted foods (feces) give toxins to the liver and subsequently all systems slow down until one day, if ignored, they shut down.

5. Water, water, water. Many of the above would not exist had you always drank your eight glasses of water daily, it's that simple. Water carries nutrients to the blood cells, water carries toxins out of the body, and water helps metabolism. WATER!

Hormone imbalances caused by the toxic food chain that you have entrusted to government regulations that now allow petrochemicals into foods, oils, and water supplies can also contribute.

Healing Digestive Disorders


The very first thing we need to bare in mind regarding digestive system disorders is that an abundance of water is required and is generally our first route of defense. Not acquiring nearly the proper amounts of chlorophyll, enzymes, minerals, and essential fatty acids on a daily basis leads to a lack of peristalsis (the pommelation of food in the digestive system) and an accumulation of old foods blocked in the colon. Once this starts, you will no doubt accumulate additional blockages in the digestive system.

Therefore, overcoming this problem, which is accumulative over the years, is virtually impossible unless you cleanse. Enemas, colonics, and supplementation of friendly bacteria, such as acidophilus, will not remove the problem. Once these old foods become impacted and embedded in the colon they will not be affected by the above methods. A proper cleansing program as explained in "Awareness" Vol. One is the only way to gain back a clean digestive system. Once a cleanse has been undertaken and accomplished, an upsurge in energy levels and health is acquired. There is no quick fix to digestive disorders and a complete cleansing takes a few weeks.



Heal Headaches


Below is the allopathic medical interpretation of headaches and how to heal headaches. However, in most cases, headaches are far simpler. Dehydration of the brain and/or severe dehydration of the body that occurs after drinking soda, coffee, or alcohol, cause most headaches. These substances force water out of the body, causing dehydration and subsequent headaches. It is common knowledge today that headaches can be overcome by taking 2-1/2 glasses of water taken in a short period. The next most prominent cause of headaches is bad digestion and a dirty stomach.

What is Headache? The brain requires +/- 85% water and if it looses as little as one tenth of one point it will signal with pain. Two to three glasses of water taken in a short period and some sea salt will invariably relieve the symptom. When a person has a headache, several areas of the head can hurt, including a network of nerves that extends over the scalp and certain nerves in the face, mouth, and throat. The muscles of the head and the blood vessels found along the surface and at the base of the brain are also sensitive to pain because they contain delicate nerve fibers. The bones of the skull and tissues of the brain itself never hurt because they lack pain-sensitive nerve fibers. Stress, muscular tension, and dilated blood vessels can stimulate the ends of these pain-sensitive nerves, called nociceptors. Vascular headaches (migraines are a kind of vascular headache) are thought to involve abnormal function of the brain's blood vessels or vascular system; muscle contraction headaches appear to involve the tightening or tensing of facial and neck muscles; and traction and inflammatory headaches are symptoms of other disorders, ranging from a brain tumor to stroke to sinus infection. Some types of headache are signals of more serious disorders: sudden, severe headache; headache associated with convulsions; headache accompanied by confusion or loss of consciousness; headache following a blow on the head; headache associated with pain in the eye or ear; persistent headache in a person who has previously been headache free; recurring headache in children; headache associated with fever; and headache that interferes with normal life. Physicians will obtain a full medical history and may order a blood test to screen for thyroid disease, anemia, or infections or x-rays to rule out a brain tumor or blood clots. CTs, MRIs, and EEGs may be recommended. An eye exam is usually performed to check for weakness in the eye muscle or unequal pupil size. Some scientists believe that fatigue, glaring or flickering lights, the weather, and certain foods may trigger migraine headaches.

Let's talk a little about how these diseases got started in those who have acquired them. Be sure of one thing, they are not genetically handed down and the proof thereof is that so many people totally reversed the condition which supposedly they were genetically meant to endure a lifetime. Sure, they're predisposed, but that's because the "habits and lifestyle" have been handed down to them. The studies on twins and families have proven it's not in the genes.

SO HOW DO THESE DISEASES BEGIN?

1) HEAVY METALS such as lead, fluoride, mercury, and chorine, along with electric magnetic fields, and environmental toxins, all affect the brain, lodging therein, unable to cross the blood brain barrier and interfering with regular neurotransmissions. The metals are ingested primarily in water, that's why you need an excellent filtration system; also from toothpaste with fluoride, pesticides on your raw fruit and vegetables, preservatives in your packaged foods, artificial colorings, flavorings and from amalgams in the mouth.

2) A massive shortage of brain foods and/or supplements that feed the brain essential nutrients. These foods are important for entire system and especially for the metabolic system and as a whole to fight off free radicals. Specifically we need amino acids, essential fatty acids, coenzymes, B-complexes, vitamins, proteins and minerals.

3) Severe dehydration causes accumulation of toxins that are not flushed out of the body, especially when you are drinking sodas, teas, and coffees which further dehydrate.



Heal Obesity


When you have a big belly you undoubtedly have undigested food impacted and imbedded in your digestive tract that's been there for years and leads to obesity. When John Wayne died it is reported that they found 44 pounds of food in his colon, some of which had been there for more than ten years. So if you have had a belly for the past ten or fifteen years then you too have old food impacted. This is the cause of major disease such as diabetes, cancer, and arteriosclerosis as well as chronic fatigue syndrome and headaches. Considering weight loss programs is ludicrous and damaging to your body as well as totally ineffective for the long term. These diets do not work synergistically, symbiotically, or permanently, and contain chemicals foreign to the body. Heal Osteoporosis


It can happen without warning - you bend over to pick up the morning paper and feel a searing pain in your side. Later you learn you've fractured a rib. If you're an older woman, your fracture is most likely the result of osteoporosis.

Osteoporosis, which means "porous bones," causes bones to become weak and brittle - so brittle that even mild stresses like bending over, lifting a vacuum or coughing can cause a fracture. In most cases, bones weaken when you have low levels of calcium, phosphorous and other minerals in your bones. Osteoporosis also can accompany endocrine disorders or can result from excessive use of drugs such as corticosteroids.

In the United States, osteoporosis causes more than 1.5 million fractures every year. Usually these fractures occur in the spine, hip, or wrist. Half of all white women age 50 and older can expect to have a bone fracture due to osteoporosis sometime during their remaining years. About 8 million American women and 2 million American men have osteoporosis. As many as 18 million more Americans may have low bone density.

The good news about osteoporosis is that it's never too late to do something about it. If you are a woman and haven't reached menopause, you can take measures to prevent osteoporosis from silently draining your bones of strength. And if you're past menopause, tests can detect the early stages of the disease and halt the bone drain before debilitating fractures rob you of your mobility and independence.
